Jim Barr goes 7 strong and Mac goes 3 / 4. Rusty Staub is hitting .333 for the Mets.

John "The Count" Montefusco hurls the 5 hit shutout and the "Say Hey Kid" smacks his 2nd HR. R Staub goes 2/4 to raise his avg to .344 for NY.

 

Giants P's allowed only 13 hits in the series..

 

Eric will not be going to Vegas today as he got nothing this series..
